Tammy Luna (Founder)

When I started my journey in the senior industry over a decade ago it became clear that I was in the right place. I worked hard to learn, research, and study to gain all the knowledge and expertise I have today and I embraced every aspect of it. My love for helping others has truly become an integral part of who I am today.

I obtained my CDP and CPRS certifications and joined the PASRS (professional association of senior referral specialists) board of Directors to do my part in making a difference in the lives of countless families who we serve each and every day and to hold ourselves to a higher standard as well as follow best practices and code of ethics.

I am a loving wife and mother to 8, 5 girls and 3 boys. My family is everything to me and my goal is to show my kids what hard work and dedication looks like. I am a sun and beach lover and anytime you see me on a rest, it will most likely be at the beach. 🙂

I look forward to helping your family and walking alongside you to ensure that your aging loved one is safe, content and cared for.

“Helping my own family members move into a Senior Living Community, I saw first hand how people can thrive, learn new things and create new best friends at any age.  Such a move can often help families actually enjoy each other more, when there is less worry about safety and care for their loved ones.  No longer are conversations about concerns and needs, but more about enjoyment and life experience…. I love being a part of the experience for others!”

As we grow in life, we sometimes realize we need a helping hand to navigate
through those difficult conversations/situations. Someone who listens to what your needs are, has patience and understands your situation. An advocate in the event you are not available or in the same state as your loved one.
My name is Leslie Neumann BSN, RNC-MNN, RN, Senior Placement Specialist. It would be my pleasure to help guide you and your family through the process of finding a warm and safe place for your loved one. A place that meets all their needs, as well as desires. I am a Registered Nurse Certified and have worked in the medical ‘eld for almost 30 years. My background is OB, Oncology, Neuro/Tele, just to name a few. I have been a Clinical Nurse Educator for Glendale Community College for the past seven years. I was co-owner in a non-medical home care business for the past three years. I recently stepped away from that business because I wanted to get back to hands on helping people.
Be the reason someone smiles today…be kind to them!
